Frequently asked questions
How to convert a bank statement PDF to Excel?
Upload the bank statement PDF. The transaction table is extracted, with the rows from every page joined into one table. Check it on the Review screen, delete any rows or columns you don't need, then download it as an Excel file.
Can I convert a PF ECR PDF to Excel?
Yes. Upload the ECR PDF, check the extracted member table, and download it as Excel. If you also want to check it against your salary sheet, you can compare the two directly instead.
Does it work with scanned PDFs?
Yes. Scanned pages are straightened and read with OCR. Because OCR can misread a character, you check the table on the Review screen before downloading it.
Is my PDF stored after conversion?
No. Your uploaded file is deleted once its tables have been extracted, and the extracted data is deleted when you start over, shortly after you close the browser tab, or after an hour without activity.
