What is BizzMitraAI?
BizzMitraAI is web-based reconciliation software for payroll, statutory and bank records. You upload two files, it extracts their tables, and it compares them row by row to show what matches, what differs and what is missing on either side.
Which files can I compare?
Excel files (.xlsx, .xls, .xlsm) and PDFs up to 25 MB each, in any combination: Excel with Excel, PDF with PDF, or Excel with PDF. Typical pairs are a labour or wage sheet with a PF ECR, an ESIC contribution report or a bank statement.
Can it read scanned PDFs?
Yes. Pages that are scanned images are straightened and read with OCR. You check the extracted table on the Review screen, and can fix headers, rows and columns, before anything is compared.
How does it match records when names or IDs are written differently?
ID columns such as UAN or ESIC IP number are matched exactly after ignoring case, spaces and leading zeros. Names can be matched fuzzily with a similarity threshold you set, which also matches a clean name against a noisy bank narration such as NEFT/RAMESH KUMAR/SBIN.
What happens to my data?
Your files are private to you: no other visitor or customer can see your uploads or results. Traffic is encrypted over HTTPS. Your uploaded file is deleted once its tables have been extracted. The extracted data and results are deleted when you start over, shortly after you close the browser tab, or after an hour without activity.

Do I have to set up the comparison every month?
No. BizzMitraAI remembers the match keys and comparison rules you used. When you load the same kinds of files again, for example next month's wage sheet and ECR, it offers that setup back automatically.
